With a robust business development pipeline and established relationships throughout New Jersey, the company is actively expanding its regional presence and investing in long-term growth throughout the state.Job DescriptionSite Supervision: Serve as the on-site Superintendent for a $50M Naval construction program, including an initial $6M SCIF renovation project (4,700 SF).Team Leadership: Direct subcontractors, field personnel, vendors, and construction activities to ensure successful project execution.Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules, coordinate inspections, and drive progress to meet contractual milestones.Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards, EM 385 requirements, federal regulations, quality control procedures, and site safety protocols.Safety ComplianceSupport security protocols and ensure compliance with all SCIF construction requirements and government security standards.Documentation: Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and participate in project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
