Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Assist in preparing project schedules and budgets.
  • Review blueprints, plans, and technical drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Conduct site inspections and document project activities.
  • Support in managing materials and resources effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Field Engineer - Multifamily Construction should have:

  • 0-3+ years of construction experience or a recent construction-related
  • Multifamily experience preferred; commercial, residential, or civil backgrounds considered
  • Open to Foremen looking to transition into a career growth opportunity
  • Comfortable using construction technology and project management software
  • Strong work ethic, communication skills, and desire to learn and advance
