Job Description

The Field Operations Manager will report to senior project leadership and be responsible for driving field execution, safety, quality, and schedule performance on a major hospitality development.

  • Lead all onsite construction operations for a large-scale hospitality project
  • Manage field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and project logistics
  • Drive schedule adherence and milestone achievement throughout project delivery
  • Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with all site requirements
  • Coordinate closely with project management, ownership, and design teams
  • Oversee quality control processes and proactive issue resolution
  • Maintain accountability for field productivity, workforce planning, and project execution

The Successful Applicant

For the Field Operations Manager we are seeking:

  • Proven experience leading field operations on hospitality, luxury resort, or large destination projects
  • Track record managing projects valued at $200M+
  • Strong leadership experience overseeing complex construction teams
  • Expertise in scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor management
  • Knowledge of construction safety and quality management best practices
  • Ability to build relationships with owners, consultants, and trade partners
  • Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools
  • Willingness to be project-based and work in remote or travel-oriented project environments
