Field Superintendent | Interiors & Tenant Build-Outs

The Interiors Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Managing all interior construction activities for a large-scale mixed-use development.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Developing, maintaining, and driving project schedules to meet key milestones and turnover dates.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Working closely with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultants throughout construction.
• Utilizing Procore to manage project documentation, daily reports, scheduling updates, and communication.
• Identifying and proactively resolving field issues to minimize delays and maintain project progress.
• Enforcing jobsite safety requirements and promoting a culture of accountability.
• Assisting with project closeout activities, punch lists, and final client turnover.
