With a collaborative culture, strong leadership, and an expanding project portfolio, they offer employees the opportunity to grow alongside the business while making a visible impact.Job DescriptionThe Interiors Superintendent will be responsible for:Managing all interior construction activities for a large-scale mixed-use development.Coordinating and supervising subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Developing, maintaining, and driving project schedules to meet key milestones and turnover dates.Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards.Working closely with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultants throughout construction.Utilizing Procore to manage project documentation, daily reports, scheduling updates, and communication.Identifying and proactively resolving field issues to minimize delays and maintain project progress.Enforcing jobsite safety requirements and promoting a culture of accountability.Assisting with project closeout activities, punch lists, and final client turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
