Job Description

The Field Technician - Luxury Residential will:

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance at luxury residential properties.
  • Conduct detailed property walkthroughs and identify maintenance needs.
  • Diagnose issues and recommend preventative maintenance solutions.
  • Complete a wide variety of home repairs and improvement projects.
  • Perform finish carpentry work including door and window installation.
  • Assist with millwork installations and repairs.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Partner closely with property managers to maintain excpetional client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Field Technician - Luxury Residential should have:

  • Background in finish carpentry required.
  • Strong residential maintenance and home repair experience.
  • Knowledge of carpentry techniques and residential construction practices.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently.
  • Understanding of millwork installation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Procore preferred.
  • Must live on Nantucket or be willing to relocate.
  • Ability to participate in a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule.
