As the organization continues to experience strong growth and success, they are looking to add a Finance Director to their team.As the Finance Director, you will lead the accounting and finance functions of the organization in a blended accounting and finance role. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will oversee the company's entire finance and accounting function while serving as a key business partner to leadership.The Finance Director will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic business decisions, identify opportunities to improve profitability, strengthen financial performance, and help drive the organization's continued growth.Job DescriptionLead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial analysis.Provide leadership with clear insights into profitability, performance, trends, and business opportunities.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting.Manage accounting functions including revenue recognition, project accounting, inventory, and financial controls.Develop financial models and analysis to support pricing, investments, contracts, and strategic initiatives.Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve margins, cash flow, and overall business performance.Strengthen financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership and support organization-wide decision-making.Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
