Job Description

Finance Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities for the Central Region of 7-10 offices
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Coordinate financial consolidation, reporting, and intercompany activities with global headquarters
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax and reporting requirements
  • Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes
  • Work with external auditors and third‑party advisors
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a U.S.-based accounting team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in a private equity organization or private-equity backed organization
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Strong accounting foundation with blended accounting + finance capabilities
  • Experience working within an international organization
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP, and familiarity with IFRS
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and executives
