Job Description

  • Manage all interior and exterior finish scopes from installation through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities.
  • Ensure luxury-level quality standards and craftsmanship across all finish trades.
  • Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve issues impacting completion.
  • Partner with project leadership, ownership, and trade partners to achieve successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finish Superintendent should have:

  • Experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality, condominium, or high-end commercial projects.
  • Strong expertise in finish-out work, quality control, and punch list management.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trade partners during the final phases of construction.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium-quality results.
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
