Job Description

* Lead field operations for healthcare renovation projects from start-up through closeout.
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities.
* Maintain communication with clients, project teams, and leadership throughout construction.
* Manage projects ranging from $300K to $5M in occupied environments.

The Successful Applicant

* Proven Superintendent experience on healthcare renovation projects.
* Strong tenure and employment stability throughout career history.
* Local to the Tampa Gulf Coast market; relocation is not being considered.
* Experience managing renovations in operational healthcare facilities.
* AHCA experience is preferred but not required.
