With a strong reputation for safety, innovation, and operational excellence, They partner with public and private clients to build and maintain critical infrastructure that supports communities throughout the region.Job DescriptionSupervise, coordinate, and manage daily field operations and construction crews.Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and project requirements.Lead daily toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site inspections.Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.Monitor project progress and proactively address productivity, quality, and operational challenges.Interpret plans, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of work.Maintain detailed records of daily activities, labor hours, equipment usage, and project milestones.Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.Train, mentor, and develop field personnel to promote a high-performing team environment.Ensure quality control standards are met and that all completed work meets client expectations.Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
