Foreman

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage daily field operations and construction crews.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
• Lead daily toolbox talks, safety meetings, and site inspections.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address productivity, quality, and operational challenges.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, labor hours, equipment usage, and project milestones.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel to promote a high-performing team environment.
• Ensure quality control standards are met and that all completed work meets client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project performance.
