Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion.
  • Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage resources, including materials, tools, and labor.
  • Inspect work progress and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and other relevant parties.
