The organization is known for engineering excellence, long-term stability, and a strong commitment to employee growth and career development.Job DescriptionLead and develop a team of quality technicians and inspectors supporting multiple product lines.Establish and maintain quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify quality concerns and implement effective solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving product quality, reducing defects, and lowering costs.Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external quality audits.Provide quality engineering expertise on new product development, process improvements, and product enhancement projects.Monitor supplier quality performance and collaborate with suppliers on corrective actions and improvement initiatives.Track and report key quality metrics, analyzing trends and implementing corrective actions where required.Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal quality systems.Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
