Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsLead core accounting operations and team developmentHigh-impact role with direct visibility to leadershipAbout Our ClientThe client is a manufacturing organization supporting both domestic and international operations.THIS ROLE IS FULLY ON-SITE, 5X PER WEEKJob DescriptionLead day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, payroll, and month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Own cash flow management through rolling forecasts, working capital monitoring, and proactive oversight of receivables and collections.Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics to support business decisions and improve financial visibility.Establish, monitor, and enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and operational KPIs to drive efficiency, accuracy, and accountability across the finance function.Partner with sales, operations, and leadership teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, support strategic initiatives, and strengthen overall financial performance.Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit obligations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
