Specializing in slab-on-grade and foundational concrete projects, this firm partners with some of SE Wisconsin's most well respected general contractors.Job DescriptionProvide overall leadership and strategic direction for the office, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and alignment with company goals.* Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, developers, and key stakeholders.* Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, estimators, superintendents, and field crews to foster a high-performance, safety-focused culture.* Oversee all phases of commercial concrete projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.* Direct estimating activities, including bid strategy, quantity takeoffs, pricing, subcontractor/vendor coordination, and proposal preparation.* Manage project financial performance by monitoring budgets, forecasts, labor productivity, change orders, cash flow, and overall profitability.* Coordinate resource planning and workforce allocation to optimize crew utilization, equipment deployment, and project execution across multiple jobsites.* Drive business growth through client development, market expansion, contract negotiations, risk management, and continuous improvement of operational processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
