With a reputation for excellence and a people-first approach, team members are empowered to make an impact, contribute ideas, and develop alongside some of the industry's most respected professionals.Job DescriptionSupervise, mentor, and conduct regular performance evaluations for all Martin-Harris Superintendents and Field Personnel assigned to the project.Lead the development and ongoing updates of the overall project schedule in collaboration with your project team.Adhere to and implement established company guidelines and procedures necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.Collaborate with the Superintendent, Project Manager, and Estimator to develop plans and strategies that ensure projects are completed on or ahead of schedule and within budget.Support or delegate the creation of preliminary schedules for projects in the bidding phase.Serve as an advisor to Superintendents and project team members on construction methods, field operations, and scheduling.Enforce and uphold Martin-Harris safety protocols, work practices, and quality standards on the project site.Hold the project team accountable for maintaining safety, meeting schedule milestones, and delivering quality results.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
