Job Description

  • Provide field leadership and oversight across multiple commercial construction projects
  • Support and mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents across the Atlanta market
  • Oversee project schedules, site logistics, subcontractor performance, safety, and quality
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assist teams in identifying and resolving field challenges before they impact schedules
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Help establish consistent field operations and best practices across projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience leading ground-up commercial construction
  • Previous experience as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Lead Superintendent
  • Strong background managing and developing field teams
  • Experience across markets such as light industrial, higher education, municipal/public, or commercial construction
  • Ability to oversee multiple active projects and provide leadership to project Superintendents
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, safety, quality control, site logistics, and subcontractor management
  • Based in or around the Atlanta market
