Job Description

  • Oversee drywall, metal framing, and ceiling operations across multiple projects and crews
  • Lead manpower planning, resource allocation, and workforce scheduling activities
  • Recruit, interview, develop, and mentor superintendents, foremen, and field personnel
  • Partner with operations and executive leadership to drive productivity and quality standards
  • Monitor project performance, safety expectations, and client satisfaction throughout delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Superintendent - Commercial Drywall & Ceilings should have:

  • 10+ years of commercial drywall, ceilings, or metal framing experience
  • 5+ years in a Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent role
  • Proven experience leading large field teams across multiple concurrent projects
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry leadership experience considered
