Job Description

  • Lead field operations for drywall, metal framing, and ceiling construction projects
  • Manage manpower planning, workforce allocation, and project staffing needs
  • Oversee scheduling, productivity, safety, and quality across multiple active jobs
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop Superintendents and field personnel
  • Partner with operations leadership to drive project performance and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of commercial drywall, ceilings, or metal framing experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role such as Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent
  • Strong background managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Degree preferred, though equivalent industry experience will be considered
