Job Description

  • Provide overall field leadership for commercial office interior and tenant improvement projects.
  • Manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Develop and execute construction schedules while maintaining critical milestones.
  • Coordinate all trades to ensure efficient workflow and project progression.
  • Lead daily field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site walks to monitor workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Resolve field challenges proactively to maintain schedule and budget goals.
  • Manage project logistics within occupied buildings and active business environments.
  • Ensure successful project turnover, closeout, and punch-list completion.
