General Superintendent - Data Center Project

• Overall site leadership and management of field operations on hyperscale data center projects.
• Direct oversight of electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, architectural, and commissioning activities.
• Managing large subcontractor workforces and coordinating multiple trade partners simultaneously.
• Driving project schedules, milestone completion, and critical path execution.
• Leading daily owner, subcontractor, and superintendent coordination meetings.
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Managing RFIs, field issues, sequencing, constructability reviews, and schedule recovery efforts.
• Working directly with major technology clients such as Microsoft, Google, Meta, AWS, or other hyperscale owners.
• Experience delivering projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars or larger.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
