Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities for interiors projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Oversee the training and development of on-site teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Superintendent should have:

  • 10 plus years of commercial walls/ceilings experience
  • 5 plus years in a management role (Lead Super, Sr. Super or General Super)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Four-year degree is preferred, however time-in-role would suffice
  • Extensive experience leading interiors projects, ranging from $3M - $20M
