Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage subcontractors, field teams, and self-perform trades across active job sites
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, including short-interval planning
  • Monitor safety, quality, and compliance while resolving on-site challenges
  • Track project costs and labor productivity to ensure profitability

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Superintendent should have:

  • 5-10+ years' experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven track record delivering projects in K-12, industrial, or healthcare
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred
