The company is known for delivering large-scale projects through a collaborative, client-focused approach and maintains a broad presence across the United States.Job DescriptionProvide leadership and oversight for a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, high-quality, and profitable execution.Direct, mentor, and develop Project Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Field Engineers while establishing consistent field operations standards.Champion a zero-incident safety culture by enforcing OSHA compliance, conducting site audits, and driving accountability across all projects.Monitor project schedules, sequencing, and productivity, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact cost, schedule, quality, or safety.Conduct regular jobsite visits to evaluate construction progress, workforce performance, trade partner coordination, and client satisfaction.Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations leadership to develop staffing plans, allocate field resources, and support workforce forecasting.Drive quality assurance and quality control efforts to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and company standards.Support preconstruction activities by providing constructability reviews, logistics planning, phasing strategies, and operational input during project pursuit and planning stages.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners to foster successful project outcomes and repeat business opportunities.Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the field organization by implementing best practices, leveraging construction technology, and promoting operational excellence.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
