Job Description

Glimpse of your role:

  • Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on large commercial projects, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan
  • Act as the on‑site leader and primary liaison for clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors while upholding quality standards
  • Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment, while managing RFIs, field directives, and change impacts using modern construction technology
  • Work directly with company leadership to bring new ideas to the table
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, estimating, and procurement teams during preconstruction and throughout the build to drive continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experience, including ground-up new construction.
  • Minimum 3 years of General Super or Senior Super experience.
  • OHSA 30 Certification required.
  • Proven ability to run projects valued at $20M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Proficient in construction management software (MS Project, Sage, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across project and leadership teams.
  • Structural concrete experience preferred.
