They design and manufacture equipment that accurately applies adhesives, sealants, lubricants, solder paste, and other assembly fluids used in production environments worldwide.Job DescriptionProvide strategic leadership for global manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations functions.Develop and execute long-term operations strategies that support business growth, profitability, and market expansion.Establish operational objectives, performance metrics, and accountability measures aligned with corporate goals.Drive operational simplification and process optimization initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain functions.Implement and maintain systems and processes that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.Improve on-time delivery performance, reduce backlog, increase productivity, and optimize inventory management.Partner with executive leadership to establish and achieve financial and operational targets.Identify and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing leaders to support cross-functional business objectives.Promote best-practice sharing across global locations and establish consistent operational standards.Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational performance.Oversee and coordinate global operations projects, including facility, manufacturing, and supply chain initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
