Global Director of Operations

• Provide strategic leadership for global manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations functions.
• Develop and execute long-term operations strategies that support business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Establish operational objectives, performance metrics, and accountability measures aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive operational simplification and process optimization initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Implement and maintain systems and processes that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Improve on-time delivery performance, reduce backlog, increase productivity, and optimize inventory management.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish and achieve financial and operational targets.
• Identify and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing leaders to support cross-functional business objectives.
• Promote best-practice sharing across global locations and establish consistent operational standards.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Oversee and coordinate global operations projects, including facility, manufacturing, and supply chain initiatives.
