Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Previous experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
  • Proven healthcare construction experience is required
  • Strong background managing healthcare renovations, upfits, or ground-up projects
  • Excellent leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
