Job Description

Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and team members.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Implement strategies to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

Ground-up project experience
Exposure to K12, hospitality, or industrial
Strong leadership skills
Proven field experience
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
Ability to adapt to dynamic project needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
