Their portfolio includes ground-up developments, interior fit-outs, renovations, and remodeling projects, with a reputation for delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong client relationships.Job DescriptionManage all day-to-day construction activities on site.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project schedules.Oversee the construction of a 20-unit, 55,000-square-foot ground-up condominium development.Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control standards.Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.Monitor project progress and proactively resolve construction issues.Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate work sequencing among trades.Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants.Maintain project documentation including daily reports, schedules, and site logs.Assist with inspections, punch lists, closeout activities, and project turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
