They have a robust pipeline of work throughout New York and offer long-term stability, repeat clientele, and opportunities for career advancement.Job DescriptionAs a Ground Up Superintendent - Westchester, you will:Manage day-to-day field operations on ground-up retail construction projects.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules.Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.Conduct daily and weekly project meetings.Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed to company standards.Coordinate inspections, permits, and project closeout activities.Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants to resolve field issues.Maintain project documentation, reports, and site logs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
