Their project portfolio includes distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and other large-scale industrial developments.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities for ground-up light industrial projects.Lead field operations from site development and foundations through tilt-wall erection, structural completion, and project closeout.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Maintain quality control standards throughout all phases of construction.Conduct daily and weekly site meetings.Monitor project schedules and proactively address potential delays.Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Owners throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
