Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up light industrial projects.
Lead field operations from site development and foundations through tilt-wall erection, structural completion, and project closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Maintain quality control standards throughout all phases of construction.
Conduct daily and weekly site meetings.
Monitor project schedules and proactively address potential delays.
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Owners throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Superintendent experienced in tilt wall and industrial construction projects.
Proven experience managing ground-up light industrial projects.
Strong tilt-wall construction experience is required.
Experience overseeing sitework, foundations, concrete, structural steel, and building envelope scopes.
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
OSHA certification preferred.
