Job Description

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and evolve the brand's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to engage in cultural conversations and generate social-first brand moments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Influencer, PR, Consumer Engagement, Product Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Manage social budgets, agency relationships, and resource planning.



Content Strategy & Creation

  • Lead the development of engaging, innovative, and scalable content strategies.
  • Oversee editorial calendars and content planning across all social channels.
  • Direct content creation initiatives, including photo shoots, video production, and campaign development.
  • Integrate organic social, influencer marketing, paid media support, and user-generated content strategies.
  • Drive experimentation with emerging content formats, technologies, and platform features.



Community Engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies that foster meaningful audience engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Establish community management frameworks, response protocols, and brand voice guidelines.
  • Partner with customer engagement teams to strengthen consumer relationships and loyalty.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and address reputation management opportunities and challenges.
  • Lead social listening efforts to identify trends, consumer insights, and engagement opportunities.



Performance & Analytics

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate social performance.
  • Leverage analytics and consumer insights to optimize content and platform strategies.
  • Implement testing and learning initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.



Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing social and content team.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented team culture.
  • Provide strategic guidance while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution when needed.
  • Support employee development, succession planning, and organizational growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing leadership roles.
  • Experience within beauty, lifestyle, fashion, consumer goods, or other high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven success developing and executing impactful social media and content strategies.
  • Deep expertise across major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Strong creative instincts with demonstrated experience leading content creation and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Expertise in community building, audience engagement, and social growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with content creation and editing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and related platforms.
