Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and project coordination.
  • Manage subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
  • Support project scheduling, site logistics, and workforce planning.
  • Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation.
  • Enforce company safety standards and healthcare-specific construction protocols.
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Work closely with hospital staff, project teams, and subcontractors in occupied environments.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of construction experience with exposure to healthcare projects.
  • Experience supporting active hospital, medical office, clinical, or healthcare renovation work.
  • Strong understanding of occupied renovation projects and phasing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage competing priorities
  • Knowledge of ICRA, ILSM, ASHE, and other healthcare construction standards.
  • Experience working within active healthcare facilities.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Proficiency with construction technology and project management software.
