Job Description



As Healthcare Construction Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, healthcare staff, and field teams
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control requirements, and project specifications
  • Monitor project performance, costs, and schedule milestones
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular client updates
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
  • Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare construction
  • Experience delivering projects in occupied healthcare facilities
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and infection control protocols
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contract administration
  • Proficiency with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost controls
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferred
