Job Description

As Healthcare Construction Project Manager, you will:

Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and negotiations
Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, healthcare staff, and field teams
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control requirements, and project specifications
Monitor project performance, costs, and schedule milestones
Conduct project meetings and provide regular client updates
Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager candidate will have:

5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare construction
Experience delivering projects in occupied healthcare facilities
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and infection control protocols
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contract administration
Proficiency with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost controls
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferred
