Job Description

The Healthcare Construction Superintendent - Greenville will be responsible for:

  • Leading day-to-day field operations for a 150,000+ SF healthcare facility featuring operating rooms and patient rooms.
  • Managing project safety, quality control, scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination throughout all phases of construction.
  • Serving as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong relationships with owners, healthcare stakeholders, design teams, and project partners.
  • Collaborating closely with project management and field teams to drive project performance and maintain schedule commitments.
  • Coordinating inspections, documentation, and project milestones while ensuring compliance with healthcare construction standards.
  • Fostering a team-oriented jobsite culture focused on accountability, communication, and successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Healthcare Construction Superintendent - Greenville will have:
