Healthcare - Lead Superintendent

• Manage all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and address any onsite safety concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues proactively.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for on-site teams.
