Job Description

* Lead all field operations on healthcare and medical facility construction projects

* Manage subcontractors, schedules, manpower, safety, and quality standards

* Coordinate construction activities within occupied healthcare environments

* Drive project delivery while maintaining budget and schedule goals

* Mentor field engineers and support the development of junior team members

The Successful Applicant

* 7-10+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction

* Experience leading projects valued between $20M-$50M as the lead Superintendent

* Healthcare construction experience, preferably within occupied facilities

* Knowledge of AHCA requirements and healthcare construction compliance preferred

* Strong employment stability and a proven track record of long-term tenure
