This individual will oversee highly technical portions of the hospital project, including imaging, intake, and sterile processing areas, while coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality throughout project execution.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to maintain alignment with objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to project activities.

Required Experience

  • Healthcare construction experience
  • Superintendent or Senior Superintendent experience
  • Experience leading commercial construction projects independently
  • Strong scheduling and subcontractor management abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
