Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations and serve as the primary liaison between project teams, owners, architects, and engineers
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules while proactively managing critical path activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and timely material deliveries
  • Identify and resolve field challenges related to sequencing, logistics, staffing, design clarifications, and overall project execution
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring work complies with project specifications and contract documents
  • Review and address schedule impacts, productivity concerns, and subcontractor performance issues
  • Prepare and manage RFIs while documenting field conditions that may affect budget, schedule, or scope
  • Oversee site logistics, permit compliance, and insurance requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with managing General Conditions and maintaining budget expectations
  • Foster a collaborative jobsite culture built on accountability, trust, mentorship, and continuous development

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or construction field leader
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, means and methods, scheduling, and site operations
  • Healthcare construction experience and ICRA knowledge are highly desirable but not required
  • Working knowledge of construction cost controls and basic project financial management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction technology tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop field personnel
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
  • Capable of occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
