If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that values hard work, employee development, and a people-first culture, this is an opportunity worth exploring.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day field operations and serve as the primary liaison between project teams, owners, architects, and engineersDevelop, maintain, and execute project schedules while proactively managing critical path activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and timely material deliveriesIdentify and resolve field challenges related to sequencing, logistics, staffing, design clarifications, and overall project executionMonitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring work complies with project specifications and contract documentsReview and address schedule impacts, productivity concerns, and subcontractor performance issuesPrepare and manage RFIs while documenting field conditions that may affect budget, schedule, or scopeOversee site logistics, permit compliance, and insurance requirements throughout the project lifecycleAssist with managing General Conditions and maintaining budget expectationsFoster a collaborative jobsite culture built on accountability, trust, mentorship, and continuous developmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
