Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Manage jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule performance
  • Oversee daily field operations and maintain project documentation
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, healthcare staff, and trade partners
  • Monitor productivity and proactively resolve field issues
  • Lead punch-list and project closeout activities
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Healthcare construction experience required
  • Experience managing projects up to approximately $7M
  • Ground-up construction experience preferred
  • Renovation and occupied-facility experience strongly preferred
  • Healthcare or life sciences project experience highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Stable career history with demonstrated tenure
  • Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and maintain project quality
