Healthcare Superintendent-Orlando-Construction

• Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Address any issues or delays promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
