Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from ground-up through closeout
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and daily field operations
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality expectations
  • Coordinate inspections, permits, and project documentation
  • Partner closely with project managers and leadership to drive project success
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation, tracking, and communication
  • Oversee technically complex scopes, including healthcare and infrastructure work
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have:

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction field experience
  • Minimum 2 years as a Lead Superintendent
  • Ground-up project experience in the $5M-$30M range
  • Experience with healthcare, municipal, or similar commercial projects preferred
  • Exposure to low-voltage systems (data, controls, security) is a plus
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Technically adaptable and open to process improvements
