Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects in the healthcare sector from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment on-site.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the construction process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
