An established commercial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex healthcare and institutional construction projects throughout the Jacksonville market. This individual will play a critical role in field leadership, client satisfaction, schedule execution, and project delivery for a company known for long-term employee development and a strong repeat-client base.
  • All local projects. No Travel.
  • Lead large projects with a strong backlog.

Job Description

  • 8-10+ years of Superintendent experience.
  • Recent healthcare construction experience is required.
  • Proven experience serving as the lead Superintendent on large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Stable employment history with demonstrated project tenure.
  • Experience with healthcare regulatory environments preferred.
  • AHCA experience highly preferred.

A successful Healthcare Superintendent should have:

  • Healthcare construction experience.
  • Commercial construction project leadership.
  • Scheduling and field operations management.
  • Safety and quality control oversight.
  • Subcontractor management.
  • Client-facing leadership experience.
  • Experience delivering projects valued in the $20M+ range preferred.
