Healthcare Traveling Superintendent - Nashville, TN

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare ground-up and interior projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely project progression.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations on-site.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
