Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues as needed.
  • Oversee material procurement and inventory management to avoid delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely reporting.
