Job Description

  • Manage and supervise healthcare construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety protocols.
  • Communicate progress and address issues with stakeholders.
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Commercial construction experience required
  • Experience managing projects independently
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership abilities



Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare construction experience
  • Occupied renovation experience
  • Commercial upfit projects
  • Medical office and healthcare facility renovations



Candidate Requirements

  • Must be based in or near the Raleigh market
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Stable work history preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and project stakeholders
