Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities for historical renovation projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with historical preservation standards and local building codes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols across all job sites.
  • Review blueprints and specifications to ensure project alignment with design goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure craftsmanship meets the required historical standards.
