Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities for a $12M ground-up hotel project
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and project schedules
  • Utilize Procore for meetings, documentation, drawing management, and project tracking
  • Coordinate billing, subcontractor invoicing, back charges, and budget updates through Procore
  • Serve as the primary onsite leader while collaborating with the Project Manager

The Successful Applicant

A successful Hotel Superintendent should have:

  • Experience leading ground-up hotel construction projects
  • Background with branded or chain hotel developments preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Procore project management software
  • Ability to independently manage field operations with limited oversight
  • Strong communication, organization, and subcontractor management skills
