HVAC Construction Estimator

• Prepare detailed and accurate HVAC estimates for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop complete project scopes.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for HVAC systems, equipment, labor, and materials.
• Solicit, evaluate, and incorporate vendor and subcontractor pricing into bid proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and field personnel throughout the preconstruction process.
• Participate in bid reviews, scope development, project planning, and value engineering efforts.
• Develop conceptual budgets, preliminary estimates, and design-build pricing as required.
• Maintain organized estimating records and documentation for both awarded and non-awarded projects.
• Analyze project risks, opportunities, and constructability considerations.
• Monitor labor trends, market pricing, material costs, and industry developments to maintain competitive estimates.
• Support projects across renovation, tenant fit-out, healthcare, education, life sciences, commercial office, and specialty construction markets.
• Assist with site visits and field reviews to support estimating and preconstruction activities when necessary.
